Artist Sadako Yumoto's Hinamame.
I want to cherish Japan's ancient traditions, beautiful customs, and aesthetic sensibilities.
With this in mind, Hinamatsuri dolls that can be easily displayed and enjoyed were born.

The larger-sized inubako (dog boxes)
are carefully crafted from molds,
and their beautiful patterns are individually hand-painted.

Inubako have long been used as furnishings for Hina-matsuri.
They are a pair of small, dog-shaped boxes, male and female, modeled after a child's face.
Dogs symbolize easy childbirth, and puppies growing up strong and healthy,
so they were displayed as charms to pray for safe childbirth and good health.

In ancient times, the left-facing dog was male and held charms for safe childbirth,
while the right-facing dog was female and held cosmetics.

They will be delivered in a custom-made paulownia wood box.
Paulownia wood has insect-repellent and antiseptic properties, is flame-resistant, and resistant to humidity,
ensuring that your precious inubako are well-protected during storage.

Add them to your existing Hina dolls,
or casually display them in your entryway or on a shelf,
and your daily life is sure to become richer.

Auspicious and charming motifs adorn Hina-matsuri.
