Regarding delivery

■ Small items such as miscellaneous goods

Flat rate shipping of 800 yen (tax included)
Free shipping for eligible products totaling 10,000 yen (tax included) or more
This applies to the total amount of miscellaneous goods and other items marked as free shipping for 10,000 yen or more.

• Separate shipping fees will apply for distant delivery locations such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
  We will research the amount and contact you separately.

■ For customers purchasing furniture

If you purchase furniture and items that cannot be shipped together, such as miscellaneous goods, simultaneously, and the total amount of miscellaneous goods is less than 10,000 yen, an additional 800 yen shipping fee will apply.
Please note that furniture and miscellaneous goods are shipped from different locations and using different delivery methods.

• If you purchase pre-order/made-to-order items and regular items simultaneously that cannot be shipped together, and each item's price is less than 10,000 yen, a shipping fee of 800 yen will apply.
• Separate shipping fees will apply for distant delivery locations such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. We will research the amount and contact you separately.
• Please note that if the total amount falls below 10,000 yen due to out-of-stock items, a shipping fee will apply.

■ Express Delivery (Same-day shipping for orders placed by 9 AM)

For orders where payment is completed by 9 AM on a business day, if inventory is available and confirmed, we will ship on the same day at the earliest.

■ Furniture Delivery (Delivery starting from 1 week later)

After confirming your order, we will contact you by email to arrange the delivery date and time. For details, please read About Purchasing Furniture.

• If a shipping delay occurs due to high order volume or long holidays, we will announce it on the store's top page and in the shopping cart.
• If you purchase items with different delivery times simultaneously, they will be shipped together based on the later delivery time.
• If an item is out of stock and needs to be backordered, same-day shipping may not be possible.
• Depending on the delivery region, next-day delivery may not be available.

For miscellaneous goods and small furniture, you can specify your desired delivery date from 5 days after the order date. For large furniture, you can specify from 1 week after the order date, including weekends and holidays. If no desired delivery date is specified, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Delivery to an address other than your home is possible. If the "Customer Name" and "Recipient Name" are different, we will not enclose a letter. (The invoice can be downloaded from the dedicated URL in the shipping completion email.) Additionally, the customer's name will be written in the sender field of the shipping label. If the recipient's name and the customer's name match, we will enclose a letter.

Please place your orders by specifying the same "delivery date and time." For subsequent orders, please enter "Consolidated Order" in the remarks field. This applies to orders completed at least 4 business days before the delivery date.

We also offer international shipping.
After your purchase, we will calculate the shipping cost and charge you separately.
Customs duties and import taxes will be your responsibility upon receipt. Thank you for your understanding.
