How to Earn Points
Please register as a member on the official shop.
Once you become a member, you will earn points equal to 1% of the product price (excluding tax) for each purchase.
If you have already registered as a member, you can use the points service starting with your next purchase.
Points are valid for one year.
- Points are calculated based on the product's selling price. Shipping costs are not included in the points calculation.
- Points cannot be earned for orders placed by phone or LINE.
- These points cannot be used at the Ashiya store. This service is available only on the official shop.
- Points will be awarded once all items in your order have been shipped.
- Some products, such as custom-made curtains, are not eligible for points.
Important Notes Regarding Points Awarding
You can issue a discount coupon for any amount, with 1 point equaling 1 yen, and use it for shopping.
If you would like to combine points earned using multiple email addresses into one account, please contact us, and we will merge your accounts.
About Using Points
You can check your current points and use them from the menu that opens when you select the
【P】 mark displayed in the
【bottom right】 of the screen.
You can use points from the "Coupon Exchange/History" option in the menu.
Enter the number of points you wish to use and select
"Exchange Points for Coupon" to issue a coupon.
After issuing the coupon,
select "Apply" on the coupon screen before shopping to have the discount applied at checkout.
Alternatively, you can write down the issued coupon code and enter it in the coupon code field
at checkout to apply the discount.
Points are awarded for guest purchases as well, but
you must register as a member to use them.

About the Points Expiration Date
Points are valid for one year.
When points are added,
the expiration date of all previously accumulated points will also be updated at once.
For newly registered points,
the expiration date will be determined based on the date of the guest purchase or membership registration.
Important Notes Regarding Point Usage
※Coupon discounts cannot be applied to shipping costs.
※Up to 25 coupons can be used together,
but you must manually enter the codes at checkout.
※Once a coupon has been issued, it cannot be canceled.
※If you use a discount coupon for an amount greater than the eligible discount amount,
the unused portion will be lost.
※The store may send you an order via email,
but in this case, you will be taken directly to checkout,
so you will need to manually enter the coupon code.
