■ Products excluding large items and furniture

Delivery will be by Sagawa Express.
In principle, we will complete the shipping procedure within 7 business days from the date of order (cash on delivery) or from the date of transfer (bank transfer).

■Large items and furniture

Delivery will be made by Yamato Home Convenience Furniture Delivery or Sagawa Express.
This item will be shipped from our warehouse. Delivery will take place one week after your payment is confirmed.

■Pre-order items

We will contact you by email when you place your order.

If the product is defective (including products with hidden scratches) or has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange it for a good product.
In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
For items that cannot be exchanged, we will contact you separately.

We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience under any circumstances.
