About return policy

About exchange/return

Products can only be returned if there is a defect in the product or if the product is different from what was ordered.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as "It is different from the image" or "I made a mistake with my order".
Please contact us in advance for returns. We cannot accept returns without contacting us.
* We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to slight errors in the size or color of the product.

If you receive a product with a defective part or a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.
If the above deadline has passed, we will not be able to accept the return.

In the following cases, please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns other than those due to our responsibility.

  • Items that have passed 8 days or more after arrival
  • Product used once
  • Products without product tags
  • Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
  • Products whose product packages (accessories, attachments, invoices, product cases, etc.) have been defaced, lost, or damaged
  • Made-to-order product
  • Individual order product

We will bear the return shipping fee for exchanges and returns due to our responsibility such as product defects.

The return shipping fee for exchanges and returns due to customer's convenience will be borne by the customer.

Please note that due to the characteristics of browsing on a personal computer, the product image may differ slightly from the actual color.
(The color of the image may differ from the actual product.

About delivery of replacement products

After the returned product arrives at our company and is confirmed, we will pack and ship the replacement product.
Please note that it may take time to deliver the desired product due to reasons such as stock shortage, or it may not be delivered. In that case, we will contact you separately.

About refund of returned goods

If you receive a product with a defective part or a product that is different from what you ordered, we will process the refund as follows.

When paying by credit card
It will be refunded from each card company.
If the cancellation is processed before the closing date of each credit card company, it will be set off and the customer will not be billed. Please note.
In the case of payment by cash on delivery
After confirming the returned product, we will deposit the product price into your account.
In the case of returns due to customer's convenience, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
