About return policy

Exchange and return policy
We will only accept returns of products if there is a defect in the product or if the product is different from what you ordered.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "the product is not what I expected" or "I made a mistake in my order".
Please contact us before returning the item. We will not accept returns without contact.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to slight differences in product size or color.
If the product you receive is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns will not be accepted after the above deadline.
Please note that in the following cases, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns unless it is due to our responsibility.
- Items that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
- Products that have been used once
- Products without product tags
- Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
- Products whose product packaging (accessories, attachments, delivery note, product case, etc.) has been damaged, lost, or soiled
- Made-to-order products
- Individually ordered items
We will cover the return shipping costs for exchanges and returns due to product defects or other reasons for which we are responsible.
If you wish to exchange or return a product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that due to the nature of viewing on a computer, the product images may differ slightly from the actual colors.
(The color of the image may differ from the actual product.
In that case, it will not be treated as a defect on our part. If you would like more information about the color, etc., please contact us before purchasing.
Delivery of replacement products
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will pack and ship the replacement item.
Please note that there may be cases where it takes some time to deliver your desired product or we may not be able to deliver it due to reasons such as a lack of stock. In such cases, we will contact you separately.
Refunds for returned items
If the product you receive is defective or different from what you ordered, we will process your refund as follows:

- Refunds will be made by each card company.
If the cancellation is made before the closing date of each card company, the amount will be offset and you will not be charged. However, if the closing date has passed, the amount will be debited from your card and then refunded by the card company the following month. Please note this in advance.
