How to earn points
Please register as a member through the official shop.
As a member, you will receive points equivalent to 1% of the product price (excluding tax) for each purchase.
If you are already a member, you can start using the point service from your next purchase.
Points are valid for one year.
- Points are calculated based on the selling price of the product. Shipping fees are not included in the point calculation.
- Points cannot be earned for orders placed via phone or LINE.
- These points cannot be used at physical stores or Rakuten shops. This service is exclusive to the official shop.
- Points are awarded when all ordered items have been shipped.
- Some products, such as custom-made curtains, may not be eligible for point issuance.
Important notes regarding point issuance
You can issue a discount coupon for any amount, with 1 point being equal to 1 yen, and use it for your purchases.
If you wish to consolidate points earned with multiple email addresses, please contact us to merge your accounts.
How to use points
To check or use your current points,
select the [P] mark displayed in the [bottom right]
of the screen to open the menu.
Points can be used from "Coupon Exchange/History" in the menu.
Enter the number of points you wish to use,
then select "Exchange points for coupon" to issue a coupon.
After issuing the coupon,
select "Apply" on the coupon screen to make a purchase,
and the discount will be applied at checkout.
You can also apply the discount by noting the issued coupon code
and entering it in the coupon code field at checkout.
Even for guest purchases, points are awarded each time,
but membership registration is required to use them.
Point expiry date
Points are valid for one year.
When new points are added,
the validity period for all accumulated past points will also be updated.
New registration points will expire based on the date of a guest purchase or membership registration.
Important notes regarding point usage
*Coupon discounts cannot be applied to shipping fees.
*Up to 25 coupons can be used in combination,
but you will need to manually enter the codes at checkout.
*Once a coupon has been issued, it cannot be canceled.
*If you use a discount coupon with a value greater than the amount eligible for the discount,
the unused portion will be lost.
*We may send you orders created by the store via email.
In this case, you will be directed directly to checkout,
so you will need to manually enter the coupon code.
