How to earn points
Please register as a member at the official shop.
When you become a member, you will earn 1 point for every 100 yen (excluding tax) you spend on shopping.
If you have already registered as a member, you will be able to use the points service from your next purchase.
Points are awarded at the equivalent of 1 yen (1 point) for every 100 yen spent. Points are valid for one year.
- Points are calculated based on the selling price of the product. Shipping costs are not included in the points calculation.
- Points cannot be earned when ordering over the phone.
- These points cannot be used at physical stores or Rakuten shops. This service is only available at official shops.
- Points will be added when your order is shipped.
- There are some products, such as custom-made curtains, that are not eligible for points.
How to use points
Once you have accumulated 1 point or more, you can use the points in increments of 1.
