Brand Julier ships miscellaneous goods and finished small furniture items via Sagawa Express, and large furniture items via Yamato Home Convenience.

About delivery date
For orders whose payment is completed by 9:00 am on the business day, we will ship the same day at the earliest once we have prepared and confirmed the stock.
After confirming your order, we will contact you by email to discuss the delivery date and time. Read more about purchasing furniture.
- If there is a delay in shipment due to a concentration of orders or long holidays, we will notify you on the top page of the store and in the cart.
- If you purchase products with different delivery dates at the same time, we will ship them together with the later delivery date.
- If the item is out of stock and ordered, we may not be able to ship it on the same day.
- Depending on the delivery area, it may not be possible to specify next day delivery on the shipping date.
About delivery date and time designation
You can specify the desired delivery date, regardless of weekends and holidays, from 5 days after the order date for miscellaneous goods and small furniture, and from 1 week after the order date for large furniture.
If there is no desired delivery date, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

About delivery to another address
Home delivery is also possible. If the "orderer's name" and "recipient's name" are different, the letter will not be enclosed. (The detailed statement can be downloaded from the dedicated URL in the shipping completion email.) In addition, the name of the orderer will be written in the sender column of the invoice. If the name of the delivery address and the name of the person who placed the order are the same, we will enclose a letter.
About combined shipping for multiple orders
Please specify the same "delivery date" when ordering. When ordering from the second item onwards, please enter "Bundled order" in the message column. This applies to orders that are completed 4 business days prior to the delivery date.
About overseas shipping
Currently, we do not ship overseas.
