Regarding delivery

Blanc de Juillet ships miscellaneous goods and small finished furniture via Sagawa Express, and large furniture via Art Setting Delivery.
We have chosen the shipping company for furniture that is the cheapest and has the fewest accidents, based on many years of experience.
Delivery of parcels is bare delivery according to the instructions of the delivery company, and the delivery company is required to package them.

Shipping Fees
■Small items such as miscellaneous goods
Flat shipping fee of 800 yen (tax included)
Free shipping for eligible products totaling 10,000 yen (tax included) or more
This applies to the total amount of miscellaneous goods and other items marked "Free shipping for 10,000 yen or more".
- Separate shipping fees will apply for remote delivery destinations such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and isolated islands.
We will inform you of the amount after checking.
■For those purchasing furniture
If you purchase furniture and miscellaneous goods that cannot be shipped together at the same time, an additional 800 yen shipping fee will be charged for the miscellaneous goods if their total amount is less than 10,000 yen, in addition to the furniture shipping fee.
Please note that furniture and miscellaneous goods are shipped from different locations and using different delivery methods.
- If you purchase pre-order/made-to-order products and regular products at the same time, and they cannot be shipped together, a shipping fee of 800 yen will be charged if the individual amounts are less than 10,000 yen.
- Separate shipping fees will apply for remote delivery destinations such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and isolated islands. We will inform you of the amount after checking.
- We regret to inform you that if the total amount falls below 10,000 yen due to out-of-stock items, a shipping fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Time
■Express delivery (same-day shipping by 9 AM)
For orders completed by 9 AM on business days, if stock is available and confirmed, we will ship the same day at the earliest.
■Furniture delivery (delivery from one week later)
After confirming your order, we will contact you by email to arrange the delivery date and time. For more details, please read About Purchasing Furniture.
- In the event of shipping delays due to concentrated orders or long holidays, we will announce it on the store's top page and in the shopping cart.
- If you purchase items with different delivery times simultaneously, they will be shipped together according to the later delivery time.
- If an item is out of stock and needs to be ordered, same-day shipping may not be possible.
- Depending on the delivery region, next-day delivery may not be available.
Delivery Date and Time Specification
You can specify your desired delivery date from 5 days after the order date for miscellaneous goods and small furniture, and from 1 week later for large furniture, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If no desired delivery date is specified, shipping will be at the earliest possible date.

■For orders containing large furniture (shipped via Household Goods Delivery Service)
With the Household Goods Delivery Service, the available time slots vary by region. Additional charges may apply even in supported areas. Please note that there are areas where this service is not available and size restrictions.
Delivery to a Different Address
Delivery to an address other than your own is also possible. If the "customer's name" and "recipient's name" are different, a letter will not be enclosed. (The invoice can be downloaded from the dedicated URL in the shipping completion email) Also, the customer's name will be listed in the sender field of the shipping label. If the recipient's name and the customer's name match, a letter will be enclosed.
Consolidated Shipping for Multiple Orders
Please place your orders by specifying the same "delivery date and time." For your second and subsequent orders, please enter "consolidated order" in the comments field. This applies to orders completed at least 4 business days before the delivery date.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping.
After your purchase, we will calculate the shipping cost and charge you separately.
Customs duties and import taxes will be borne by the customer upon receipt. Thank you for your understanding.
