[Large furniture] Notice of additional charges during peak season

At Brand Julie, we use Sagawa Express for miscellaneous goods and small finished furniture, and Art Setting Delivery for large furniture.
For furniture delivery, we use companies with many years of experience that are the cheapest and have the fewest accidents.
Packages are handed over naked according to the delivery company's instructions, and the delivery company is then responsible for packing them.

■ Miscellaneous goods and accessories

Shipping fee is 800 yen (tax included)
Free shipping for eligible products over 10,000 yen (tax included) <br>This applies to the total amount of products that state "free shipping over 10,000 yen," including miscellaneous goods.

  • Additional shipping charges will apply for delivery to remote destinations such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
    We will look into the amount and contact you separately.

■ For those purchasing furniture

If you purchase furniture and miscellaneous items that cannot be shipped together, such as miscellaneous goods, in addition to the shipping fee for the furniture, a shipping fee of 800 yen will be charged if the total amount of the miscellaneous goods is less than 10,000 yen.
Please note that furniture and miscellaneous goods have different shipping origins and delivery methods.

  • If you purchase pre-sale/order items and regular items at the same time and the items cannot be shipped together, a shipping fee of 800 yen will be charged if the total amount of each item is less than 10,000 yen.
  • For delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and other distant locations, additional shipping fees will be charged. We will check the amount and contact you separately.
  • We apologize for the inconvenience, but if the amount is less than 10,000 yen due to a shortage of items, shipping charges will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery time

■Home delivery (same-day shipping if ordered by 9am)

For orders where payment is completed by 9:00am on a business day, if the stock is available and confirmed, we will ship the order on the same day at the earliest.

■ Furniture delivery (delivery from 1 week later)

After confirming your order, we will contact you by email to arrange the delivery date and time. For more information, please read the "Purchasing furniture" page .

  • If there are any delays in shipping due to a large number of orders or long holidays, we will notify you on the store's homepage and in your shopping cart.
  • If you purchase items with different delivery dates at the same time, they will be shipped together according to the latest delivery date.
  • If the item is out of stock and needs to be ordered, it may not be shipped on the same day.
  • Depending on the delivery area, we may not be able to accommodate requests for delivery the next day after the shipping date.

Regarding delivery date and time specification

The desired delivery date can be specified from 5 days after the order date for miscellaneous goods and small furniture, and from 1 week after the order date for large furniture, regardless of weekends or holidays. If there is no desired delivery date, the item will be shipped as soon as possible.

For the furniture delivery service, the time slots you can specify vary depending on the area. Additional fees may apply even in areas where delivery is possible. There are also areas where the service is unavailable and size restrictions.

Shipping to a different address

Delivery to a location other than your home is also possible. If the "name of the person placing the order" and the "name of the recipient" are different, a letter will not be enclosed. (The invoice can be downloaded from the dedicated URL in the shipping completion email.) In addition, the name of the person placing the order will be written in the sender column of the shipping label. If the name of the recipient and the name of the person placing the order match, a letter will be enclosed.

About combined shipping of multiple orders

Please specify the same "Delivery Date and Time" when placing your order. When placing your second or subsequent order, please enter "Combined Order" in the "Comments" field. This applies to orders that are completed at least 4 business days prior to the delivery date.

About international shipping

We also ship overseas.
After purchase, shipping costs will be calculated and charged separately.
