Furniture Purchase
Consultations regarding furniture purchases are free. Please bring photos of your room, etc.
Curtain Estimate
The prices listed on the website are reference prices for sample sizes. Once you place an order, we will provide an estimate based on your custom size. After you confirm the estimate, we will require a 50% deposit. Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with ordering the fabric and manufacturing the product.
*Please note that deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled due to customer circumstances. The deposit cannot be applied to other products.

About Delivery Time
If the item is in stock at the store, delivery will take approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks. If the item is not in stock at the store, we will inquire with the French manufacturer at the time of your order and inform you. (It may take about a week to receive a reply.) Since we place the order in France after receiving your deposit, the shortest delivery time is about 3 weeks to 1 month. Please note that if the manufacturer does not have the item in stock, it may take 2 to 3 months. Thank you for your understanding.

About Curtain Rods
For those installing curtain rails, you will need the window dimensions, so please measure the width and height of the window frame.
Sample Lending
Order Fabric / Sample Lending
We lend samples to customers considering curtains, etc. A deposit of 15,000 yen per sample is required, payable by bank transfer. The lending period is one week. A return shipping label will be included, so please return the sample within the period.
*For customers who order curtains, 15,000 yen will be deducted from the production cost. These are rare items, so please handle them with utmost care to avoid dirt or damage. Please note that if samples are damaged or stained, the deposit may not be refunded. Thank you for your cooperation.
Total Coordination
We will assist you in selecting furniture and curtains based on your lifestyle, room layout, and budget. For furniture and lighting fixtures not available in-store, we can individually order them from Brand Jouliere's affiliated brands, tailored to your plan. For in-store visits, please make an appointment by phone and bring floor plans, samples, or photos. For on-site or home visits, a business trip fee will be charged.
*If you coordinate with Brand Jouliere furniture and curtains, a offsetting system is available.
