Before you buy
■ About the product characteristics
All of our products are handmade, with craftsmen working in separate divisions of labor to create the parts, assemble them, paint them, and finish them.
Each piece is carefully crafted using multiple techniques, but as they are handmade products there are no uniformities and there are individual differences.
We use natural solid wood, leaving the grain and knots intact, and then intentionally scratching and applying a peeling-look paint using organic natural paints to give the piece an antique look as if it has been used for many years.
In addition, this finish using only natural materials will develop a slightly faded texture and acquire scratches and patina over time, giving it an even more sophisticated, French chic feel.
Although the tabletop is simply waterproofed in Japan, it is not completely waterproof and will wear off naturally after years of use. Also, if you leave it wet for a long time, it may become soaked.
We recommend that you consider the characteristics of the product before making a purchase.
■ About product quality
The products are manufactured in factories that Brand Julie trusts, inspected before being imported, and inspected again in Japan with detailed check items before being delivered to you. As these are handmade products, they may not be uniform and there may be individual differences.
If you are concerned about small details, please refrain from purchasing.
■ Regarding delivery route
We will proceed with the arrangements once we have confirmed the size.
Please double check the size of the installation location, the delivery route, and if it is an apartment building, the size of the elevator from the entrance.
■About cancellations and returns
Cancellations or changes are not permitted after payment has been made.
In the case of returns for reasons of your own, you will be responsible for the actual costs of round-trip shipping (this includes our share, so it may be higher than the shipping cost listed on the website), costs of moving the item into and out of our warehouse, and credit card transaction fees.
About payment
Payment will be by card or bank transfer.
If you pay by bank transfer, please make the transfer within one week after confirming your order.
Since this is a high-value item, shipping will be arranged after payment has been confirmed.
Cash on delivery is not available in the system.
Shipping Arrangements
We accept date and time requests from one week in advance.
Payment confirmed by 5pm on the order date → Shipping takes 3-4 business days → Delivery takes 2-3 days (may take up to 1 week depending on the region)
Products will be shipped from the Brand Julie warehouse.
Delivery arrangements
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will begin arranging delivery.
We will determine the most suitable delivery company based on the characteristics of the product.

This is a service for transporting furniture and home appliances one item at a time (mixed transport with other products).
Just give us a call and we will come to your home to collect your items, pack them and deliver them to you.
Upon delivery, we will unpack and set up the product so that it can be used immediately.*Installation may be an optional service .

There is no tracking number, so you can contact us using your name and address.

- Hikyaku Large Size Delivery Service

We will deliver parcels whose total dimensions exceed 160 cm (within 260 cm), parcels weighing up to 50 kg, and multiple parcels nationwide at the same speed as Hikyaku Takuhaibin.
Delivery will be made to your front door.
■Delta Home Services

We provide consolidated shipping to customers living in the vicinity of Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Shipping costs will be quoted separately.
Delivery areas include Ashiya, Nishinomiya, Takarazuka, and Kobe in Hyogo Prefecture, and Osaka, Amagasaki, and Suita in Osaka Prefecture.
Please contact us separately for other regions.
Request for delivery
During peak periods, arrival times may vary significantly.
Large items may take time depending on road conditions and loading space, so they may not arrive at the exact time.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your requested delivery time.
Regarding optional services
■ Assembly
Some large items require assembly. (Please check each product page.)
■ Processing such as drilling holes on the back for wiring and cutting legs
Depending on the product, we will charge an additional processing fee and process it as desired.
■ Storage
Once payment is made, we will store your furniture for free for up to six months.
For longer periods, we will consult with you separately depending on the quantity and items of your items and will store them for a fee.
Please note that we cannot accept any changes or cancellations to products that are in our possession.

Depending on the product, shipping charges may be added for orders from Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, etc.
