*About installing chandeliers

Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician.
Please contact your nearest electrician or a contractor with experience in installing imported lighting fixtures for assistance.
Installation by amateurs is extremely dangerous, so please refrain from doing so under any circumstances.
(Reference construction price: ¥8,000 to ¥10,000)
If you cannot find an electrician, we will try to find one in your area as much as possible.

We will also introduce you to installation companies for customers from Kobe City to northwest Osaka City.
You will then need to make an appointment directly with the contractor to arrange a date and time.

*About the equipment*

No special reinforcement work is required.
This is a hook-type chandelier.
Hang the round metal part onto a hook attached to the ceiling.
(The size of the hooks varies depending on the shape of the ceiling. (Not included with the product, please have your installer prepare it.) It has a cover so that part is not visible.

This fixture is designed so that it will not light unless the metal fittings and the bulb are in direct contact.
Due to shaking during transportation, the chandelier socket cover may sometimes become loose.
Once the installation is complete, lower the socket all the way down to attach the chandelier bulb. Please push it in a little firmly when installing.

As for chandelier bulbs, we will provide you with manufacturer's products as a service in addition to the fixtures.
If you do a lighting test, it may not light up the second time. We cannot perform any testing prior to shipping.
We will send you a new product, but if it does not light up, We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

The bulb is an E14 chandelier bulb. Made in Japan, it is available at electronics retailers.
