This paint is a collaboration between Beatrice LAVAL of Paris and the paint brand Argile.
It is an acrylic paint with a velvet matte finish.
It is low-odor and water-based, so you can use it safely indoors.
No matter what the base color, two coats will cover it completely without the original color showing through.

【How to Use】
・Prepare a brush, roller, spray gun, etc.
・Remove dirt, etc., from the surface to be painted and let it dry thoroughly.
・Thoroughly cover areas you do not want to paint with masking tape, etc.< (After painting, remove it slowly before the paint dries completely.)
・Before opening the lid, shake well to mix the contents evenly. Once opened, stir the paint thoroughly from the bottom with a stick.
・If the paint is too viscous and difficult to apply, thin it slightly with water. For spray guns, dilute with water (5-10%).
*Be careful not to thin it too much. This can cause problems such as poor drying or discoloration.
・It dries in about 2 hours. Allow at least 6 hours before applying a second coat.
・Close the lid tightly after use. Also, wash tools used with water, and use a neutral detergent if necessary.

【Regarding Surface Preparation】
Depending on the material to be painted, surface preparation can significantly improve the finish and durability.
Smooth surfaces such as metal, plastic, melamine boards, and existing paint films
　→ We recommend using Mittyakuron (adhesion primer) to enhance paint adhesion.
Absorbent surfaces such as wood, concrete, mortar, and gypsum board
　→ Apply a sealer to prevent unevenness and color variation.
When painting over wallpaper
　→ For smooth wallpapers such as vinyl wallpaper, paint adhesion can be poor, so we recommend using an adhesion primer.
　→ For fabric/paper wallpaper or deteriorated wallpaper, apply a sealer to stabilize the base before painting.

If paint is applied without surface preparation, it may lead to peeling, unevenness, and reduced durability.
To ensure a beautiful and long-lasting finish, please consider using a suitable primer for the painted surface.
Since the finish varies depending on the condition of the base, always perform a test application in an inconspicuous area.

Non-toxic, low-odor paint containing a maximum of 30g/l of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

*Avoid painting on days when the temperature is above 25℃ or below 10℃, or when humidity is above 60%.
*When painting on wood, plastic, varnish, or non-ferrous metals, please apply a primer first.
*Keep out of reach of children and pets.
*Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas.
*Do not dispose of leftover paint in drains.
