This paint is a collaboration between Beatrice LAVAL of Paris and the paint brand Argile.
It is an acrylic paint with a velvet matte finish.
It is low-odor and water-based, making it safe for indoor use.
Two coats will completely cover the underlying color, regardless of its original shade.

While most walls in Japan are white,
these carefully selected colors can create a wonderful French ambiance.

【How to Use】
・Prepare a brush, roller, spray gun, etc.
・Remove dirt from the surface to be painted and ensure it is thoroughly dry.
・Cover any areas you do not wish to paint thoroughly with masking tape, etc. (After painting, slowly peel off the tape before the paint completely dries.)
・Before opening the lid, shake the can well to ensure the contents are evenly mixed. Once opened, further stir the paint thoroughly from the bottom with a stick or similar tool.
・If the paint is too thick and difficult to apply, dilute it slightly with water. For spray guns, dilute with water (5-10%).
※Be careful not to dilute too much, as this can cause problems such as poor drying or discoloration.
・Dries in about 2 hours. Allow at least 6 hours before applying another coat.
・Close the lid tightly after use. Also, wash tools with water and use a neutral detergent if necessary.

【About surface preparation】
Depending on the material to be painted, surface preparation can significantly improve the finish and durability.
Smooth surfaces such as metal, plastic, melamine boards, and existing paint films
　→ We recommend using Mitchakron (adhesion primer) to improve paint adhesion.
Porous surfaces such as wood, concrete, mortar, and plasterboard
　→ Apply a sealer to prevent unevenness and color variation.
When painting over wallpaper
　→ For smooth wallpapers such as vinyl wallpaper, paint adhesion may be poor, so we recommend using an adhesion primer.
　→ For fabric/paper wallpaper or aged wallpaper, apply a sealer to stabilize the base before painting.

If paint is applied without proper surface preparation, it may lead to peeling, unevenness, or reduced durability.
To ensure a beautiful and long-lasting finish, please consider using a suitable primer for the painted surface.
Since the finish may vary depending on the condition of the base, always perform a test application in an inconspicuous area.

※Avoid painting on days when the temperature is above 25℃ or below 10℃, or when the humidity is above 60%.
※When painting on wood, plastic, varnish, non-ferrous metals, etc., please use a primer first.
