We will provide concrete coordination tailored to our brand's aesthetic, encompassing concept design to maximize your space, layout proposals, color and material suggestions, and combinations of furniture, lighting, and accessories.

◇Custom Curtains◇
Window treatments are as important as furniture and interior design. We propose fabrics based on your preferred style and budget, and meticulously suggest installation positions for curtain rods and rails.
The products we suggest are only a small portion of the brands handled by Brand Jolié.
We have selected popular fabrics and displayed them in sample sizes for your reference. Please take a look.
When purchasing, we will create a quote based on your window size. Once you confirm, we will require a 50% upfront payment.
After confirming your payment, we will proceed with ordering the fabric and manufacturing the product.
※Please note that in case of cancellation due to customer's circumstances, the upfront payment is non-refundable. Also, it cannot be applied to other products.
◇How to Consult◇
Curtain estimates are free. Please prepare the following images and dimensions:
- Photos of the site.
- Length of the curtain rail.
- Length from the curtain rail to the floor.
Delivery Time
・If in stock at the store: Delivery is approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks.
・If not in stock at the store: We will check stock with the manufacturer in France after your order and inform you of the result (it may take about 1 week for a response).
・Arrangement after payment: We will place the official order with France after receiving the upfront payment. Delivery will take at least about 3 weeks to 1 month.
・If also not in stock with the manufacturer: Delivery may take 2 to 3 months.
Please understand that the above periods are estimates. Thank you for your understanding.
If We Visit Your Home
A business trip fee will be charged as follows. If you finalize a curtain order, this fee will be deducted from the total amount.
If you visit our store once and we can hear about your room style and preferences, we will also bring samples to your home.

◇Sample Loan Service◇
Custom Fabric Sample Loan
For customers considering curtains, we offer a sample loan service. A deposit of ¥15,000 is required for each sample. We accept bank transfers. The loan period is one week. A return shipping label will be included, so please return it within the period.
※For customers who order curtains, ¥15,000 will be deducted from the production cost. These are rare items. Please handle them with extreme care to prevent damage or stains. Please note that if they are damaged or stained, the deposit may not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
