Beatrice LAVAL Paint Brussels Cream [5L]

Paint created in collaboration with Parisian designer Beatrice LAVAL and paint brand Argile.
This is an acrylic paint with a velvet matte finish.
It is low-odor and water-based, so you can use it safely indoors.
No matter what the underlying color, two coats will cover it completely without the original color showing through.

Ms. Beatrice, a magician with colors, has poured her heart into creating these colors with professional quality.
While most walls in Japan are white,
adding these meticulously calculated colors will create a wonderful French ambiance.
Whichever color you choose,
it will be easy to incorporate and expand your interior design possibilities.

It's unique but won't tire you out,
and will be an important element in creating your own personal space.

These colors are beautiful even when used alone.
Painting all walls in a room is good, but
painting just one wall is also a recommended focal point.
It is designed to coordinate with wallpaper.

【How to use】
・Prepare a brush, roller, spray gun, etc.
・Remove dirt from the surface to be painted and let it dry thoroughly.
・Cover areas you do not want to paint sufficiently with masking tape, etc. (After painting, slowly peel off the tape before the paint is completely dry.)
・Before opening the lid, shake well to ensure the contents are evenly mixed. Once opened, stir the paint thoroughly from the bottom with a stick or similar tool.
・If the paint is too thick and difficult to apply, thin it slightly with water. For spray guns, dilute with water (5-10%).
※Be careful not to thin it too much. This can cause problems such as poor drying or discoloration.
・It dries in about 2 hours. Allow at least 6 hours before applying another coat.
・After use, close the lid tightly. Also, wash used tools with water and use a neutral detergent if necessary.

【About Substrate Preparation】
Depending on the material to be painted, surface preparation can significantly improve the finish and durability.
For smooth surfaces such as metal, plastic, melamine boards, and existing paint films:
　→ We recommend using Mitchakuron (adhesion primer) to enhance paint adhesion.
For absorbent surfaces such as wood, concrete, mortar, and plasterboard:
　→ Apply a sealer to prevent unevenness and color variation.
When painting over wallpaper:
　→ For smooth wallpapers such as vinyl wallpaper, paint may not adhere well, so we recommend using an adhesion primer.
　→ For fabric or paper wallpaper, or aged wallpaper, apply a sealer and stabilize the base before painting.

Painting without surface preparation may cause peeling, unevenness, and reduced durability.
To ensure a beautiful and long-lasting finish, please consider using a suitable primer for the painted surface.
Since the finish varies depending on the condition of the substrate, always perform a test application in an inconspicuous area.

Non-toxic, low-odor paint containing a maximum of 30g/l of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
(EU limit value (catalog A/a) for this product: 30g/l (2010).)

※Avoid painting on days when the temperature is above 25℃ or below 10℃, or when the humidity is above 60%, or during such times.

※When painting on wood, plastic, varnish, non-ferrous metals, etc., please apply a primer before use.

※Keep out of reach of children and pets.

※Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

※Do not dispose of leftover paint down the drain.

※When disposing, follow your local government's regulations.
