■About cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us within one week of your application.
Please note that we will not be able to accept any refunds after that date.

If you do not receive a reply within a day or two, please contact Ashiya store (0797-35-2720).

We cannot provide refunds if you are unable to attend the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that there will be no extensions or refunds for delays to the start time.

If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can send you the textbook and lesson video.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

[To customers who have applied for Zoom lessons]

We cannot provide refunds if you are unable to attend the course due to unexpected circumstances, line conditions, inadequate access, etc.
Please note that there will be no extensions or refunds for delays to the start time.

If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, we will send you a video of the lesson after the lesson has taken place.
Please contact us as soon as possible as this will affect the progress of your lessons.

We cannot provide refunds if you are unable to attend the course due to your circumstances, line conditions, inadequate access, etc.

*If you order a 10-session set and we send you multiple videos of past sessions, we will not issue a coupon each time.

■ Regarding the decision to cancel the event

If we determine that it is difficult to hold lessons due to infectious diseases or natural disasters,

If we decide to postpone or cancel the event, we will contact you by email.
If the lesson is cancelled, we will send you the lesson video along with the text.

■About lessons
・Taking pictures or recordings of lesson contents, saving screenshots, etc.

・Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
