At BlancdeJuillet, we have established a "cancellation policy" to ensure that everyone can comfortably attend our lessons.
When applying, please check the cancellation policy and select "I agree to the cancellation policy" before placing your order.

■ About Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please notify us within one week of your application. No refunds will be given after this period, regardless of the reason.
If you do not receive a reply within a day or two, please contact the Ashiya store at 0797-35-2720.
【For Customers Applying for Ashiya Store Lessons】
We cannot issue refunds if you are unable to attend due to sudden personal circumstances. Please also note that we cannot extend the lesson or issue refunds for time missed due to late arrival.
If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances,
please contact us as soon as possible so we can send you the text and lesson video.

As a participant privilege, the owner will answer your questions.
【For Customers Applying for Zoom Lessons】

【Coupon Expiry Date】
・Ashiya store lessons: 10% OFF only for purchases made on the day of the lesson
・Zoom lessons: 10% OFF only for 24 hours after the lesson ends
・Archive lessons: 10% OFF only for 24 hours after the video URL is sent
*For customers who apply for a 10-lesson set
If multiple videos of past lessons are sent, coupons will not be issued each time.
■ Regarding Decision to Cancel
Please be aware that lessons may be postponed or canceled if it is deemed difficult to hold them due to infectious diseases, natural disasters, or other impacts. If a postponement or cancellation is decided, we will notify you by email. If a lesson is canceled, we will send you the lesson video along with the text.
■ About Lessons
・Recording, taking screenshots, or any other form of saving lesson content, as well as secondary use or distribution of text and content, is strictly prohibited.
・Please take responsibility for managing your valuables. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
・Sales or solicitations during lessons are strictly prohibited.
■ Important Notes
・We are not responsible for any disputes between customers.
・If there is any nuisance behavior towards other customers or instructors, we may refuse your participation.
・The cancellation policy may be revised without prior notice for smooth operation.
