Satomi Miyamoto, representative of "GARDENS," a garden design office in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture,
was captivated by gardens after working as an interior coordinator, architect, and in home renovation. She is now active as a garden designer.
She handles garden designs for a wide range of projects, from private homes to large facilities.

The "GARDENS LIFE" series has three volumes (vol. 1-3).
Based on Satomi Miyamoto's own experiences,
it compiles the rich lifestyle she has felt, learned, and practiced through gardening into a single book.

Five years after the publication of vol. 2,
the world has changed dramatically, and our lives have also undergone significant changes.
The increased time spent in gardens has provided an opportunity to reflect, making us realize the abundance of happiness in our immediate surroundings and reminding us of important things we had forgotten.
