Satomi Miyamoto, the representative of "GARDENS",
a garden design office in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture,
worked as an interior coordinator, architect, and home renovation specialist before being captivated by gardens and is now active as a garden designer.
She handles garden designs for everything from private homes to large-scale facilities.

The "GARDENS LIFE" series consists of volumes 1 to 3,
and it compiles Satomi Miyamoto's own experiences,
the feelings, lessons, and practices she has gained through garden creation,
into one book about a rich lifestyle.

Volume 2, produced five years after the initial publication,
is filled with gratitude for the many connections brought by the book and new essences of happiness.
