Lift the cup, then tighten and secure the screw at the bottom.
It comes with a ceiling rose cover and a light bulb, so you can use it as soon as it arrives.

We will calculate the length by subtracting the cup part, the product main body part, and the metal fittings, then cut the cord and set the ceiling socket before delivery.
