[Orders] Cancellation Policy

BlancdeJuillet has established a "Cancellation Policy".

When placing an order,
please confirm the cancellation policy and
select "Agree to Cancellation Policy" to complete your order.

By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

■Regarding custom-made products

・These products are produced after an order is placed.
・The manufacturer's production period takes a minimum of 3 to 4 months.
・After production, there is a 1 to 1.5 month sea freight period for import.
・Arrival dates may vary depending on the sea freight situation.

 

【Earliest Delivery】

《Order Acceptance Period》　Accepted at any time
《Estimated Delivery》　Expected delivery in about 6 months to 1 year

Once the arrival date in Japan is decided,
we will individually contact you with the earliest possible delivery date.

 

■Precautions

・Orders may be canceled due to manufacturer's circumstances.

・Refunds will only be issued in the case of a manufacturer's cancellation.

・We cannot offer refunds or exchanges of ordered products even if there is a delay from the estimated arrival time.

・Prices may fluctuate by approximately 10-15% depending on the arrival time. While we will endeavor to minimize fluctuations, if prices change, we will notify you of the details before product delivery and request payment of the difference.

・Cancellations due to product delays are not accepted, so please refrain from ordering if your delivery deadline cannot be moved.

・Please be sure to check the size of the搬入経路 (delivery route) before purchasing.
(Installation location, common areas of condominiums, elevators, width of entrance doors, corners, etc.)

・Exchanges or returns will not be accepted even before product delivery.

・In the case of returns due to customer convenience,
actual costs such as round-trip shipping, warehouse handling fees, and various payment processing fees will be borne by the customer. We appreciate your understanding.

・Each piece of our furniture is handcrafted and finished by artisans. As natural materials are used, there are individual differences in the finish. Water stains and scratches will develop a better character as they are used. In addition, solid wood products may slightly warp due to humidity.

・Products are strictly inspected, and only good quality items are delivered.
Please note that due to the nature of handmade products, there are individual differences, but they are considered good quality according to our standards.
Please purchase with this understanding. Customers who are particular about minor details are advised to refrain from purchasing.

・In the event of product damage due to a shipping accident, we will replace it with a good quality item or issue a refund.

・The cancellation policy may be revised without prior notice for smooth operation.
