We offer free consultations regarding furniture purchases. Please bring along photos of your room.
Curtain quote
The prices shown on our website are just sample sizes. Once you place your order, we will provide you with a quote based on the size you want to order. Once you have confirmed the quote, please make a 50% deposit. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will order the fabric and begin manufacturing the product.
*Please note that if you cancel due to your own reasons, the deposit cannot be refunded. Also, it cannot be used for other products.

Delivery time
If the item is in stock at the store, it will be delivered in about one week to ten days. If the item is not in stock at the store, we will contact the manufacturer in France at the time of receiving the order and notify you. (It may take about one week for us to reply.) We will place an order with France after receiving your deposit, so the shortest delivery time is about three weeks to one month. Also, if the manufacturer does not have the item in stock, it may take two or three months. Thank you for your understanding.

About curtain poles
If you are installing a curtain rail, you will need to know the size of your window, so measure the width and height of your window frame.
Sample loan
Order fabric and sample rental
We will lend samples to customers who are considering buying curtains, etc. A deposit of 15,000 yen is required for each sample. We will ask you to pay by bank transfer. The loan period is one week. We will enclose a return shipping label, so please return it within the period.
*For customers who order curtains, we will deduct 15,000 yen from the production cost. These are rare items. Please handle them with care to avoid getting them dirty. We will help you choose furniture and curtains that suit your lifestyle, layout, and budget. We will also order furniture and lighting fixtures that are not available in store from brands that Brand Julie deals with, according to your plans. If you would like to visit our store, please make a reservation by phone and bring along drawings, samples, photos, etc. If we visit you on-site or at your home, we will charge you a travel fee.
*If you coordinate with Brand Julie furniture and curtains, there is an offset system.
