■ For customers purchasing furniture

If you purchase furniture and miscellaneous goods that cannot be shipped together, an additional shipping fee of 800 yen will be charged if the total amount of miscellaneous goods is less than 10,000 yen.
Please understand that furniture and miscellaneous goods are shipped from different locations and using different delivery methods.

• For customers who purchase pre-order/order-made items and regular items simultaneously, if the items cannot be shipped together and each item's price is less than 10,000 yen, a shipping fee of 800 yen will be charged.
• Separate shipping fees will apply for remote delivery destinations such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and離島 (remote islands). We will research the amount and contact you separately.
• We apologize, but if the amount is less than 10,000 yen due to out-of-stock items, shipping fees will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Courier service (same-day shipping until 9 AM)

For orders where payment is completed by 9:00 AM on a business day, if stock is available and confirmed, we will ship on the same day at the earliest.

■ Furniture delivery (delivery starting one week later)

After confirming your order, we will arrange the delivery date and time by email. For details, please read About Purchasing Furniture.

• If there is a shipping delay due to a surge in orders or long holidays, we will announce it on the store's top page and in the cart.
• If you purchase items with different delivery times simultaneously, they will be shipped together based on the later delivery time.
• If items are out of stock and need to be ordered, same-day shipping may not be possible.
• Depending on the delivery region, next-day delivery may not be available.

You can specify your desired delivery date for miscellaneous goods and small furniture from 5 days after the order date, and for large furniture from one week after the order date, including weekends and holidays. If no desired delivery date is specified, shipping will be at the earliest possible time.

Delivery to an address other than your home is also possible. If the "customer's name" and "recipient's name" are different, no letter will be enclosed. (The statement can be downloaded from the dedicated URL in the shipping completion email) Additionally, the customer's name will be stated in the sender field of the shipping label. If the recipient's name and the customer's name match, a letter will be enclosed.

Please specify the same "delivery date and time" for your orders. For the second and subsequent orders, please enter "combined order" in the remarks field. This applies to orders completed at least 4 business days before the delivery date.

We also offer international shipping.
After purchase, we will calculate the shipping cost and charge it separately.
Customs duties, import taxes, etc., will be the responsibility of the customer upon receipt. Thank you for your understanding.
