■About custom-made products

✳️This product will be produced after ordering.
✳️It takes at least 3 to 4 months for the manufacturer to produce the product.
✳️After that, there is sea transportation for one to one and a half months for import.
*The arrival date may vary depending on the ocean transport situation.

Order acceptance period : February 1st to February 28th, 2023
Expected delivery time: 6 months to 1 year

Once the arrival date in Japan has been decided, we will contact you individually to inform you of the earliest possible delivery date.

■Notes

- We do not accept cancellations due to product delays, so if you cannot change the delivery date, please refrain from applying.

-Please be sure to check the size of the delivery route before purchasing.
(Installation location, shared areas of the apartment building, elevators, entrance door width, corners, etc.)

・We will not allow exchanges or returns even before the product has been delivered.

In case of return due to customer's convenience,
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the actual costs such as round-trip shipping fees, costs for moving the goods into and out of the warehouse, and various payment fees.

・Each piece of our furniture is handcrafted and finished by a craftsman. As we use natural materials, there are individual differences in the finish. The more you use it, the better the texture will become, even with stains and scratches. Also, products made of solid wood may move slightly due to humidity, etc.

・We strictly inspect all products and deliver only quality items.
Please note that there may be individual differences due to the nature of handmade products, but they are quality products that meet our company standards.
Please understand this before purchasing. If you are concerned about small details, please refrain from purchasing.

- If a product is damaged during transportation, we will exchange it for a good product or provide a refund.

・The warranty period is 3 months from the date of delivery. After the warranty period, repairs will be available for a fee.

・The cancellation policy may be changed without notice to ensure smooth operation.
