Once you place your order, we will provide you with a quote based on your order size.
Once you have confirmed the quotation, please make a 50% deposit.
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will begin ordering the fabric and producing the product.

*Please note that if you cancel for your own reasons, we will not be able to refund your deposit.

Once you place your order, please have one chair shipped to our store in Ashiya.
A separate person will contact you with a quote.

Please note that the shipping fee for the chair will be borne by the customer.
If you live nearby, you can bring it directly to the store.
If you could also show us photos of your room, we can give you a more accurate consultation.

We will make it in the fabric of your choice, which you can choose in store or on our website.
You can also choose from samples of fabrics.
We can also accommodate individual requests regarding size and design, so please feel free to contact us.
We can also suggest trims to match the fabric.

Regarding delivery time, if the item is in stock at the store, it will take about 10 days to 2 weeks to deliver.
If the item is not in stock in the store, we will contact the French manufacturer at the time of receiving your order and inform you.
(It may take up to a week for us to respond.)
We will place an order with France after receiving your deposit, so it may take 2-3 months. Thank you for your understanding.

Sample Loan We offer sample loans for customers considering custom fabric samples, such as chair covers and curtains.
The deposit for one sample is 8,000 to 13,890 yen (excluding tax). We will pay by bank transfer.
The rental period is one week. A return shipping label will be enclosed, so please return it within that period.

*For customers who order chair covers, the guarantee amount will be deducted from the production cost.
This is a rare item. Please handle with care to avoid staining it.
Please note that we may not be able to provide a refund if the item is damaged or dirty.
