■About pole cut
If we need to deliver the pole at exactly the length you require, there will be a cutting fee.
If cutting is required, please enter the length of the pole when placing your order.
Each piece costs 2,500 yen (cut in advance by the manufacturer before shipping).
This is not reflected in the total amount.
If cutting is required, we will respond to you individually.
Please make sure that the walls on both sides are wide enough.
If the window is wide enough, the length of the pole should be longer than the window frame.
It will look balanced if you add about 5cm more on each side.

■About pole installation
If you live nearby, we can also provide installation services separately.
If you are far away, please contact us and we will look for you.
We will give you advice based on the shape of the site, etc.

■About delivery time
We will place the order when we receive your order.
