The precise braided trim, achievable only through handmade craftsmanship, adds warmth,

The Josephine series is
designed by Setsuko Klossowska de Rola,
wife of French painter Balthus.

to art pieces like compotes with serial numbers,
it's a series that can be enjoyed throughout your interior.

This ceramic collection, a tribute to
Joséphine de Beauharnais, Napoleon's empress (first wife),
was first unveiled at the "REGARDS DE SETSUKO" exhibition (Setsuko's Perspective)
held at the Château de Malmaison Museum in October 2025.

Château de Malmaison, now a national museum,
is where Joséphine spent her later years,
and is known as the residence she purchased with Napoleon.
