Paint created in collaboration between Parisian Beatrice LAVAL and paint brand Argile.
This is an acrylic paint with a velvet matte finish.
It is low-odor and water-based, so it can be safely used indoors.
Applying two coats evenly will prevent the original color from showing through, no matter what the base color is.

【How to Use】
・Please prepare a brush, roller, spray gun, etc.
・Remove dirt from the surface to be painted and dry it thoroughly.
・Cover areas you don't want to paint sufficiently with masking tape, etc. (After painting, carefully peel off the tape before the paint completely dries.)
・Before opening the lid, shake well to mix the contents evenly. Once opened, stir the paint thoroughly from the bottom with a stick, etc.
・If the paint is too thick and difficult to apply, dilute it slightly with water. For spray guns, dilute with water (5-10%).
※Be careful not to dilute too much. This can cause problems such as poor drying or discoloration.
・It dries in about 2 hours. Allow at least 6 hours before recoating.
・Close the lid tightly after use. Also, wash used tools with water, and use a neutral detergent if necessary.

【About Surface Preparation】
Depending on the material to be painted, proper surface preparation can significantly improve the finish and durability.
Smooth surfaces such as metal, plastic, melamine board, and existing paint films
　→ We recommend using Mitchakuron (adhesion primer) to improve paint adhesion.
Absorbent surfaces such as wood, concrete, mortar, and plasterboard
　→ Apply a sealer to prevent unevenness and color variations.
When painting over wallpaper
　→ For smooth wallpapers such as vinyl wallpaper, paint may not adhere well, so we recommend using an adhesion primer.
　→ For fabric or paper wallpaper, or aged wallpaper, apply a sealer to stabilize the base before painting.

If painting without surface preparation, it may cause peeling, unevenness, or reduced durability.
To ensure a beautiful and long-lasting finish, please consider using a suitable primer for your painted surface.
Since the finish may vary depending on the condition of the base, always perform a test application in an inconspicuous area.

A non-toxic, low-odor paint containing a maximum of 30g/l of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
(EU limit value for this product (catalogue A/a): 30g/l (2010).)

※Avoid painting when the temperature is 25℃ or higher or 10℃ or lower, or when humidity is 60% or higher, or during such times.
※When painting on wood, plastic, varnish, non-ferrous metals, etc., apply a primer first.
※Keep out of reach of children and pets.
※Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
※Do not dispose of leftover paint down the drain.
※When disposing, follow the regulations of your local municipality.
