Free Furniture Shipping

Furniture shipping is free during the sale period!
*Excludes Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

To customers ordering furniture

SALE items, custom orders, and made-to-order items are not eligible for free shipping.
Due to system limitations, payment will initially include shipping fees. However, after confirmation, we will refund the shipping amount.
For furniture deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, we will only charge the difference after deducting the equivalent amount of free shipping.
Items purchased during the SALE period (including regular items) cannot be held for later delivery.
Delivery dates will be provided after order confirmation.

Regarding home delivery of miscellaneous goods, etc.

For orders under 10,000 yen, a standard shipping fee (800 yen flat rate) will be charged.
Products will be shipped sequentially as soon as they are ready.
Due to a high volume of orders during the sale period, we cannot accept specified delivery dates.
