José Leite de Castro is a Portuguese brand that offers designs inspired by dreams and aspirations for the space age, as well as genuine classic lines. Space-age interiors are futuristic and popular even among mid-century vintage styles. Their sophisticated designs continue to influence all kinds of interiors today. The fabric is made of 100% high-quality silk. Its thin and soft texture is smooth and pleasant to the touch, with a gentle luster that is elegant. Dupion is made from slub yarn produced from two or more independent cocoons, resulting in a very durable finish that cannot be easily pulled apart like raw silk. It has a similar texture to PLAIN SHANTUNG silk shantung, but on closer inspection, the weave is slightly smoother. Because the warp and weft lines are woven intersecting, the unique slub-like weave of silk shantung is beautiful, with random irregularities and knots appearing, giving it a distinctive character. It is available in 5 colors. The colors are mainly pale yellows and golds, with a wide variety of delicate color differences. Using curtains and cushions in the same room creates a cohesive look. It can be used for curtains and cushions, and we also tailor small items such as doilies from leftover fabric created during curtain production.
